How to request deletion of your NotifyHub data.

NotifyHub respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and all associated data from our platform.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Customer contact data you uploaded to the platform
  • Message templates, campaigns, and scheduled reminders
  • Message logs and delivery history associated with your account
  • Billing and subscription records (subject to legal retention requirements)

How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@notifyhub.in from the email address associated with your NotifyHub account. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Your business name (if applicable)
  • A clear statement requesting account and data deletion

Option 2: Contact Form

Visit our contact pageand select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject. Provide the same information listed above.

Option 3: In-App Request

Log in to your NotifyHub account, navigate to Settings, and use the "Delete Account" option. This initiates immediate deletion of your account data.

Processing Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal.

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law, including transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, and information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

WhatsApp and Third-Party Data

Deletion of your NotifyHub account does not delete messages already delivered to recipients via WhatsApp or Email. Recipients retain copies of messages received on their devices.
