Service Description

NotifyHub is a business communication platform that enables businesses to manage customer contacts and send automated messages via WhatsApp and Email. Features include customer management, message templates, scheduled reminders, campaigns, and delivery reporting.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use NotifyHub only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws
Upload customer data without proper consent from recipients
Use the platform to harass, threaten, or deceive individuals
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization

Customer Data and Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending them messages through NotifyHub. You represent that you have the right to use and share customer contact information uploaded to the platform.

WhatsApp Business Platform

Use of WhatsApp messaging features is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies. You agree to comply with all applicable WhatsApp commerce and messaging policies, including obtaining opt-in consent from message recipients.

Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Intellectual Property

NotifyHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NotifyHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the customer data you upload.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotifyHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You may request data deletion through our Data Deletion page.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
