NotifyHub runs on secure cloud infrastructure with network isolation, firewalls, and continuous monitoring. Our systems are designed with a multi-tenant architecture that ensures complete data separation between customer accounts.

Encryption

In transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
At rest: Customer data and message content stored in our databases is encrypted at rest.
Passwords: Account passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.

Access Controls

NotifyHub provides role-based access controls that allow you to:

Authentication
